of Fair Lawn NJ

We are the original and largest Parisi Speed School in the Nation and we have helped train thousands of athletes from Little League and Pop Warner players to professional NFL, NHL, MLB and NBA players. With over 32,000 square feet of indoor space dedicated to helping make athletes more explosive and stronger Parisi Fair Lawn prides itself on being at the forefront of the Speed and Agility industry.

We help train youth as young as 6 years old through high school. Our Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.

Facility & Equipment

Our state of the art Facility is located in Fair Lawn, NJ and is a total of over 32,000 square feet of space. We have an indoor 6 lane 60 yard Mondo track surface with a sand and pole vault pit built into the track. In addition we have a large 30 yard turf space and a full 60 yard turf sprint space which can accommodate a true 40 yard dash time with our new Zybek Laser Timing system. In addition we have the latest power racks and platforms used for explosive strength training and conditioning. Recently we have updated our equipment to include Tuff Tread High Speed Treadmills, Concept 2 Rowers, Assault Air Bikes, Concept 2 SkiErg, Versa-Climbers and Perform Better Kettle bell sets in every weight available.

Avoid injuries with Sparta Forceplate. Parisi is the only public facility in NJ to have this state-of-the-art technology to assess, diagnose and recommend courses of action to avoid injuries before they happen.

Jump Start 1
Ages 6-9

The Parisi Jump Start 1 Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation and improve coordination and self-esteem. Our signature speed and movement training methods are serious, but in a friendly environment to ensure the young athletes and non athletes are engaged and motivated to give 110% and having fun in the process!

The Jump Start Program has been proven to enhance:

  • Games and races that tie back to teachings

Total Performance 1
Ages 12-14

The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as it foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:

  • Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.
  • Change of Direction: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.
  • Upper and Lower Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Elite
ANY AGE

Parisi Speed School of Fair Lawn offers our Elite one on one and semi private packaging for any age and for any sport.

Elite has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus and reach new heights of athletic performance. Elite athletes are assigned to a specific Parisi Certified Performance Coach who monitors progress and plans progression programming specific to the athlete and his/her progress.

Elite has been proven to help athletes:

  • Run their fastest sprint time ever
  • Increase vertical jump
  • Break their all-time max lift
  •  Maximize agility
  • Increase sport specific activity and awareness
  • Increase confidence by increasing reaction time for given sport

Jump Start 2
Ages 10-12

The Parisi Jump Start 2 Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation and improve coordination and self-esteem. Jump Start 2 begins the journey where athletes start to understand what more speed, agility and strength can do for their “On Field” performance. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but we still like maintaining an atmosphere that lets the participant have fun and stay engaged the entire session. This is also the age we introduce “relative body strength”, ie- push ups, pull ups; defined as the ability of an athlete to push or pull themselves through a range of motion successfully. We know that a stronger athlete is less prone to injury and has greater ability to become faster and this will also better prepare them for the next stages of Parisi Speed School.

This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session and the training goes up another level.  The athletes we see joining Total Performance 2 are serious and dedicated to improving themselves in all facets of their chosen sport.  By breaking down classes into our three disciplines of what we know will help athletes become better, we can focus more on what the individual needs to improve their game.   The three classes are the same as Total Performance 1, but the intensity is ratcheted up, drills become more challenging and techniques more skillful.
